Christmas Houses 2016

It was smaller then past years if you judge by the number of pizzas ordered. The weather didn't cooperator either, it snowed the night before and changed over to freezing rain, then to just plain rain before it stopped. It was held late this year and the date was changed by one day at the last minute and that also lead to the down number of people this year.
     The Starting time usually eleven was moved to one, then two and when I went out for Pizza, I counted thirteen and I got three pizzas. When I got back the count was closer to twenty and I was afraid there was not enough pizza. We ended up with almost a full pie when it was all said and done.
     My Mom had everything all set up and ready to go. We arrived late and only Karl and Madeline were there. Kristen and Matt and Mathew arrived a little later. Then Eric and Lynn, with Denis and Billy and Billy's girlfriend and her family. It was over by six or so. Is this the last one?
     Last Year, Madeline said her and I would take it over. I said I didn't know where I would be a year later. It turns out she was the one to move. After almost forty years at 4 Old Mill, West Nyack they are now, I think, 220 Bardonia Road, Nanuet or is it Bardonia? Funny how things work out.
